Abba Court is a quick and easy 6 minute walk to Queenstown Centre, or 11 minutes to Lake Wakatipu. The road is pretty flat and easy going with beautiful views to enjoy on the way!

When you arrive, you can catch a taxi directly outside Queenstown Airport to Abba Court Motel. The journey takes you for a scenic ride along the edge of Lake Wakatipu and takes approx. 14 mins. We are happy to arrange transport on your behalf for the ride back should you need it. Just ask our staff for assistance.

While not necessary, it’s always nice to have your own transport if you want to take in the local sights. It really depends on what you’d like to do when you stay!

There are a ton of things to do in Queenstown that are walking distance from the Motel, and most of the Wakatipu Basin activities offer free transportation if they are out of town.

The closest ski resort to Abba Court is Coronet Peak, which is only 19 minutes away by car. Remarkables is only a little further away and a must do if you’re here to ski. Allow approximately 35 mins to drive there through Frankton.

There are regular bus services to both locations and the great news is that the bus stops are just a couple of minutes walk from the motel!!

If you have your own transport and time, we’d recommend looking at Cardrona Ski Field (48 mins) or Treble Cone (1 hr 28 mins).
